Boutique Search

The right hire is rarely found in a job description.

I work with a small number of growing companies, from luxury brands to mission-driven businesses and not-for-profits, helping them find the people who will help them grow. Because I only take on a few clients at a time, each search gets my full attention.

My focus isn't really an industry. It's vision. I love working with growing companies that know who they are and have roles to fill that need more nuance than a job description can hold. Keeping my roster small lets me go deep with each one, so I can find people who fit in ways that go well beyond a résumé.

Who I Partner With

The companies I work with best

They come from different worlds, but they tend to have a lot in common: a clear sense of who they are, and a real belief in the people they bring on.

01

Luxury Brands

Companies where craft and reputation matter, and where one thoughtful hire can shape how the whole brand feels.

02

Mission-Driven Companies

Businesses building something with real intention, who need people who care about the work as much as they do.

03

Not-for-Profits

Organizations doing meaningful work, where the right leaders and operators help the mission reach further.

The Approach

How I like to work

I've found that hiring goes best when a client and I are genuinely aligned on what matters. So before I ever open a search, I spend real time getting to know a company: the people, the culture, and what the role actually needs to be.

  1. Listen first

I've always been a natural observer of people. I start by getting to know you, how you work, and what the role actually calls for, which is usually more than what's written in the description.

  2. Search with intention

Because I only take on a few clients at a time, each one has my full attention. I'm just as thoughtful about the candidates I introduce as I am about the clients I choose to work with.

  3. Match beyond the résumé

What matters most to me is a fit that lasts. People whose values and instincts line up with where you're going, not just their skills on paper. Honestly, making those matches is my favorite part of the work.

About

Recruiting is my passion. The matchmaking is the joy.

I'm a boutique recruiter who works with luxury brands, mission-driven companies, and not-for-profits, taking on a limited number of clients so I can go deep with each one. I've been a natural observer of people my whole life, and finding the right match between the clients and candidates I've chosen to work with genuinely brings me joy.

I started my career as an in-house recruiter at one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in the country, which showed me just how much the right early hires shape a company. Since then, my work has spanned both in-house and agency recruiting, across the C-suite, operations, IT, accounting, sales, marketing, and legal.

If that way of thinking about hiring resonates with you, I'd love to hop on a call. No pressure at all, just a chance to see whether I might be helpful to your team.
